These terms govern your use of the Solarist™ website and any related services we provide through it. By browsing the site, submitting an enquiry, or engaging us for work, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Who we are

Solarist™ is a design and technology studio. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Solarist™; references to “you” mean the individual or organisation using the site.

Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict anyone else’s use of it. In particular, you agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or republish substantial parts of the site without our written permission.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or underlying infrastructure.

• Introduce malware, run automated attacks, or otherwise interfere with the availability of the site.

• Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organisation.

Accounts and enquiries

If you create an account or submit a form, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping any credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.

Intellectual property

The site, its layout, code, copy, imagery, and the Solarist™ name and marks are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use — reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation — requires our prior written consent.

Your content

You keep ownership of anything you send us. By submitting content through the site, you grant us a limited licence to store and use it for the purpose of responding to you and delivering the services you have requested, and you confirm that you have the right to share it.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to services we do not control. We include those links for convenience and do not endorse or accept responsibility for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time, including for maintenance. We are not obliged to keep any particular content or feature online.

We may suspend or end your access to the site if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use is harmful to us or to other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Solarist™ is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have locally.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
